In an agreement, it is written that in Gestational surrogacy, after the surrogate mother physically carried the baby throughout the pregnancy, she needs to physically and emotionally detach herself from the child once it is born but in case of Radhika, no detachment would be required. She could meet and play with the kid without the kid knowing about surrogacy at whatever point of time and age. There would not be any physical contact between biological father and surrogate mother.
